Phase 2: Preliminary Design Development
Satinwood's project manager now has all the right ingredients to create the preliminary design concept and pricing which will be reviewed in detail with you on-site. Phase 3: Final Design and Agreement
Satinwood's project manager will now present you with your finalized dream plan and partnering agreement. Satinwood will provide you with your final budget and a timeline will be agreed upon.

Phase 4: Pre-Construction
Satinwood's project manager will arrange the schedule for all materials and with all subcontractors. All necessary building permits will be obtained and will be posted on the construction site in full view.

Phase 5: Construction
