Management System

Phase 1: Preliminary Consultation
Satinwood's project manager will meet with you on-site to collaborate and discuss your vision for your dream home. When you're considering a new construction home Satinwood guarantees creative suggestions to get things started.

Phase 2: Preliminary Design Development
Satinwood's project manager now has all the right ingredients to create the preliminary design concept and pricing which will be reviewed in detail with you on-site. This gives you the first look at what your dream will look like and gives you the opportunity to amend things to ensure you are seeing your vision in writing. Satinwood guarantees sound solutions for your concept concerns.

Phase 3: Final Design and Agreement
Satinwood's project manager will now present you with your finalized dream plan and partnering agreement. Satinwood will provide you with your final budget and a timeline will be agreed upon.

Phase 4: Pre-Construction
Satinwood's project manager will arrange the schedule for all materials and with all subcontractors. All necessary building permits will be obtained and will be posted on the construction site in full view.

Phase 5: Construction
